HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. Once you are done, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, You can shop at TUFAFII without creating an account.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?

Key in the voucher code on the Cart Page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Please click on “My Account” on the Menu.  Select “Register” to Create your Account and fill in the details required.

IF I REGISTER WITH TUFAFII, IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will NEVER be shared elsewhere. Discount Codes, Newsletters and Special Offers from Tufafii are the only services currently rendered to registered users.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To reset your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TUFAFII ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We currently accept PayPal.  All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

WHICH DESTINATIONS DOES TUFAFII SHIP TO?

We ship anywhere around the world.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipments are free for all items.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Order Processing takes 1-2 days

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Our shipment usually takes 5-7 business days based on express shipping after order processing but sometimes due to difficulties on the part of our couriers it can take a bit longer.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

We currently offer exchange where there are issues with the order. We also offer other flexible solutions where necessary.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking numbers come to us from our shipment partners 1-3 days after we have shipped out orders. This makes it difficult for us to keep track as early as possible. So if you do not get your tracking number after 4-5 days of placing your order please send an email to: customercare@tufafii.com

HOW DO I WASH MY TUFAFII CLOTHES?

Please follow these simple instructions;

1) Use a Machine (or hand wash) cold with similar colours. A cold wash setting is preferred if using a machine.

2) Turn the clothing inside out when washing in the machine

3) Use a mild washing powder

4) Use a gentle machine setting such as ‘hand wash’ to avoid the spin cycle

5) Line dry out of direct sunlight

6) Iron inside out using the cotton setting
